RISE Power offers solar power solutions, energy storage services, and generators. The services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use RISE Power's services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Solar Power Installations

5. Energy Storage

7. Payments and Fees
Payment details for RISE Power services will be outlined in the agreement between the parties. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of services.

RISE Power provides a limited warranty on its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, Colorado, and Utah jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas, Colorado, and Utah.
